Position Summary

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute strategic vision for team and implement systems, procedures, and governance.
  • Provide technical guidance for professional development.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for business integrations.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes for issue resolution before deployment.
  • Manage testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with Business Services leadership to align strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • University Degree preferred but experience will also be considered.
  • 4+ years leading teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Cooperative, collaborative management style.
  • Strong experience in software evaluation and selection, including needs assessment to ensure selected products have the necessary capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and licensing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong Logical Skills; proactive problemsolving mindset.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
