We are adding to our team a Service advisor that can WOW the customers and take care of them like they are there own family.

A Service Advisor is a professional who assists customers at a Auto service center to understand their car's maintenance or repair options and answers customer questions before they are scheduled with a Technician.

Service Advisor responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed. They may also include setting up loaner cars and verifying insurance before maintenance is scheduled.

Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle dropoff and vehicle pickup
• Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.

Manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule

• Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pickup times
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Requirement Skills

• A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
• Proficiency with industryspecific software
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
• Strong organizational, decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
• Team player

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
$15.50-$24.26 per hour
