Position:
Carpenter (Commercial / Institutional Renovations)

• Perform interior carpentry work including framing, drywall installation, door and window installation, trim work, and finishing.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute carpentry tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and other trades to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on the job site.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including job site cleanup and debris removal.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification as a Carpenter or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial interior renovation projects.
• Proficient in various carpentry techniques and methods, with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
