Position:
Carpenter (Commercial / Institutional Renovations)
- Perform interior carpentry work including framing, drywall installation, door and window installation, trim work, and finishing.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute carpentry tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and other trades to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on the job site.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including job site cleanup and debris removal.
Requirements:
- Trade qualification as a Carpenter or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial interior renovation projects.
- Proficient in various carpentry techniques and methods, with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
