- Proficient in using computerized systems for appointment scheduling and customer records
- Strong typing skill with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Knowledge of Quickbooks would be an asset for this position
- Experience working independently and handling high volume work demands
- Ability to multitask on various projects at the same time and manage priorities
- Should be professional, reliable and organized
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship across all levels
- Provides administrative support by carrying out duties like filing, typing, copying, scanning, data entry, and responding to phone calls
- Generating invoices and reports for service work
- Maintaining customer data base
- Promotional ordering and organization
- Assisting in safety program implementation and documentation
- Maintain office and shop inventory
Pay:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours:

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
