A position currently exists for an Administrative Assistant with a 30-40 hour work week. The position is based in Strathcona County.

  • Proficient in using computerized systems for appointment scheduling and customer records
  • Strong typing skill with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks would be an asset for this position
  • Experience working independently and handling high volume work demands
  • Ability to multitask on various projects at the same time and manage priorities
  • Should be professional, reliable and organized
  • Ability to maintain a good working relationship across all levels
Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support by carrying out duties like filing, typing, copying, scanning, data entry, and responding to phone calls
  • Generating invoices and reports for service work
  • Maintaining customer data base
  • Promotional ordering and organization
  • Assisting in safety program implementation and documentation
  • Maintain office and shop inventory

Pay:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
