Lighting Energy Analyst - Richmond Hill, Canada - Energy Network Services Inc.
Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively walkthrough client facilities to gather data on customer's existing lighting system
- Understand and create takeoff of lighting fixtures, emergency fixtures and lighting control
- Provide accurate and timely audits to team member
- Collaborate with internal project teams on all proposals
- Increase overall project performance through recommendations
- Communicate with team members when inconsistencies in specifications and drawings are identified.
- Travel throughout province periodically to conduct onsite audits
- Act professionally and ethically at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technologist, Interior Design or Applied Science from a University or College of recognized standing
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to travel throughout regions
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive customer service skills
- Experience in lighting and electrical is an asset
