Cornwall Electric_, a _FortisOntario_ company, who provides electrical transmission and distribution to approximately 28,000 customers in and around the Cornwall/Gananoque areas, has an employment opportunity for a:

JOURNEYPERSON METER CUSTOMER

SERVICE TECHNICIAN
(3 Month Contract)

Successfully completed a two (2) year
Electrical Technician diploma from an accredited educational institution.
12 years of practical work experience in the electrical field is an asset (preferably within the utility industry).

-
309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician License and/or
Master Electrician License would be an asset.

Strong written and verbal communications and report writing skills (English) as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external customers, and industry partners (French is considered an asset).
Physically capable to carry out the physical duties of the job in all weather conditions.
Maintain a valid Ontario class "
G" driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
