- Permanent Line; with the following rotations:
- 3 days on 2 days off
- 2 days on 3 days off
- 2 days on 2 days off
- Conduct assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, including medication administration.
- Evaluate residents' physical, emotional, and cultural wellbeing.
- Assist in creating and updating care plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Administer medications following organizational protocols.
- Provide guidance to staff and oversee their tasks and training.
- Ensure residents' safety and wellbeing by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Report any safety concerns and participate in investigations when necessary.
- Perform nursing procedures, monitor their effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Care Manager.
- Currently registered with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preference for candidates with cultural education and experience.
- Geriatric Nursing certificate or relevant experience (preferred).
- 1 year of RN experience in Canada (preferred).
