    Description

    This role involves translating technical system specifications into functional, tested CRM applications. Responsibilities include developing detailed programming specifications, coding, data compilation, maintenance, and conducting unit tests.

    Responsibilities

    • Translate technical systems specifications into working CRM applications, including development, testing, and maintenance.
    • Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues during software operation.

    General Skills

    • Experience in programming, analysis, and specialized CRM software support.
    • Ability to collaborate across IT teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
    • Proficiency in structured development methodologies, application design, coding, debugging, and documentation.
    • Experience with object-oriented or third-generation languages, relational and hierarchical databases, and query languages.
    • Knowledge of communication protocols, application design, deployment, troubleshooting, and eliciting requirements from stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven team player capable of meeting deadlines.

    CRM Software Development Skills

    • Experience with CRM software, high availability solutions, enterprise architecture, middleware, and gateways.
    • Proficiency in programming Internet applications, rapid application development, and information management principles.
    • Ability to review and modify product installation scripts, provide post-implementation support, and conduct design walkthroughs.
    • Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA) and documentation practices.

    Experience and Skill Set Requirements

    • 10+ years in Siebel configuration, design, development, and integration.
    • 5+ years in Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
    • 5+ years with Siebel EIM/EAI.
    • 3+ years with Siebel IP18+ focusing on configuration and development.
    • Experience with Siebel tools, web templates, Open UI classes and methods, and Siebel 8.x+ certification.
    • Knowledge of Siebel Open UI architecture and UI integration techniques.

    Report Development Skills - 35%

    • Experience with OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
    • Knowledge of Open UI concepts, including PM, PR, manifest, and mapping files.

    Soft Skills - 20%

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to generate ideas, collaborate, and work effectively in teams.
    • Analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

    Public Sector Experience - 5%

    • Experience with specific Siebel modules relevant to the public sector, including CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, and others.
    • Experience with Grants Management is an asset.

    Must Have:

    • 10+ years of Siebel configuration, design, development, and integration experience.
    • 5+ years of Siebel integration experience with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
    • 5+ years with Siebel EIM/EAI.
    • 3+ years with Siebel IP18+ focusing on configuration and development.
