Description


The business development manager's role is to assist the department manager with the execution of DealerPILOT's sales and growth strategies.

We are going big.


Responsibilities:


  • Successfully generate qualified leads to build a sustainable sales funnel:
  • Identify sales opportunities in a well-defined target marketplace.
  • Engage the prospect with lead generation/cold calls and nurture marketing campaigns.
  • Identify human resources and health & safety compliance requirements and key goals.
  • Prepare product demonstrations, and proposal documentation to assist the senior sales team members to close business deals.
  • Compliment and maintain relationships within target and related verticals, and with industry partners, to develop new opportunities and communicate our value proposition with the focus on long term revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • You have customer service experience and/ or sales experience.
  • Automotive industry specific experience an asset.
  • Extraordinary sales problemsolving skills with the ability to effectively listen and understand the needs of a prospect and identify and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent initiative, organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Have a positive and hardworking attitude always willing to provide an extra level of service to your prospects and customers.
  • Be a team player and willing to dynamically work in a fastpaced and changing environment.
  • Experience working in a selfdirected (i.e. at your home) environment is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and oral formats is required.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel periodically.
  • Fluency in French is an asset
