Production Coordinator

Window/Door Manufacturing Company providing products to customers for the last 21 years in business. We are currently seeking a professional detailed individual with a Positive Attitude to join our Team. Full time Employment Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide Purchasing staff using Window/Door Estimating software system (will train).
To provide customer Contracts for sales staff.
To prepare all files and production documents/labels used in manufacturing products.
To review all files and produce Purchase-Orders for material needed for production.
Updating of new pricing in computer system
Print job costing reports.
Must have time management and multitasking skills.
Must have knowledge with the ability to read and understand Architectural construction drawings/blueprints.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
QuickBooks Enterprise would be a asset
Must have 24 years of working in office atmosphere with fellow coworkers.

Experience:

Data Entry Clerks: 1 year (preferred)
Manufacturing Distribution: 2 years (preferred)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
