- Lead the creation, automation, and distribution of commercial performance reports, dashboards and insights across internal stakeholders.
- Provide insights that inform commercial strategy, identifying risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal Client Strategy and Finance teams to ensure effective and efficient commercial operations.
- Facilitate the support with Commercial leaders on strategic business updates, forecasts, and negotiation planning.
- Collaborate with Talon's internal Product and Technology teams to ensure Talon's commercial operations and data management capabilities continuously evolve with front line client and business needs.
- Conduct high-quality data audits and ensure integrity across all reporting outputs.
- Continuously improve the reporting processes and performance frameworks to support business agility.
- Represent Commercial in cross-functional meetings and contribute to long-term commercial planning.
- Working alongside the SVP, Commercial Partnerships, Financial Controller and Finance Business Partner, report on the reconciliation of value derived from media owner commercial arrangements.
- Oversee more junior analysts on the Commercial Partnerships team. Provide leadership, guidance and training and ensure all outputs consistently follow best practices.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree, Business Analytics or closely related field
- 3+ years proven experience in data analysis and reporting roles
- Track record of managing external stakeholders effectively
- Advanced proficiency in providing detailed reporting to a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to influence decision making through presenting insights and recommendations
- Highly Developed analytical and quantitative skills, including growth analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting

Description
The Senior Analyst, Commercial Partnerships plays a critical role in supporting data-informed decision-making within Talon's Commercial Partnership organization. This role is responsible for creating and delivering effective reporting and analysis of all relevant commercial partnerships and the Key Performance Indicators which define success.The Senior Analyst will work closely with Commercial Partnership leadership to identify risks, trends and opportunities and develop proactive and innovative strategies to optimize partnership outcomes.This is a front-facing and strategic role which will contribute significantly to Talon's ambitious commercial and business plans.
