Responsibilities:
- Complete brief history of clients, anticipate and ensure equipment for client visit is set up in the room, and triage client's needs (either by telephone or in person).
- Perform basic clinical skills and provide care within their full scope of practice:
- take vitals, give injections/immunizations, perform urinalysis, and assisting with other procedures as requested.
- Perform non clinical duties such as the ordering and distribution of supplies, maintaining inventory controls, and ensure all exam rooms are stocked sufficiently and consistently.
- Maintain accurate health records and up to date clinical notes
- Participate in team and staff meetings, and other meetings to support both service delivery and organizational goals.
- Work in a manner that preserves confidentiality, ensures client safety and minimizes risk to clients.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
