Marketing Lead - Ignite the Future

Responsibilities Include:


Events

  • Source and attend events such as meet and greets, town halls, and trade shows.
  • Plan and manage the logistics of Agfinity team members event attendances by being the Champion event leader.
  • Manage the budget of the marketing department including sponsorships, trade shows, conferences, and contributions.
  • Allocate Agfinity's sponsorship dollars to different hosted events such as competitions, rodeos, and curling rinks.

Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with our Team members to organize the bimonthly Newsletter and constructing weekly blog topics for our website.
  • Post, engage share, and grow our Social Media channels (X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) by creating content and interacting with the community and followers.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and think outside of the box to push creative boundaries to captivate our target audiences.
  • Lead monthly Google Advertising and follow up on referrals and leads with our Trading team.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute the company's comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on brand positioning, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Leverage datadriven insights to optimize campaigns and unlock untapped potential.
  • Generate unique marketing concepts for contests such as Oilers tickets and branded cans of beer (Agfinibrew).

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's, diploma, or certificate with a specialization in Marketing.
  • Proven experience in Marketing with a focus on strategic planning, event coordination and/or digital marketing.
  • Experience in Agriculture is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience in leveraging digital platforms and social media channels is a plus.
  • Passion for the Agriculture industry or a thirst for learning all things Agriculture.
  • Exceptional communication skills and are a natural collaborator and resultsoriented professional.
  • Have an Innovative mindset and are a visionary with a keen eye for emerging trends, cuttingedge technologies, and disruptive marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make datadriven decisions. A storyteller at heart, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives and engaging content.
