You have integrated agency experience across strategy, creative and experiential and can navigate multiple deliverables and priorities simultaneously with ease.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


What will you do?

  • Key daytoday client contact, expertly managing projects alongside a diverse range of agency partners
  • Develop and foster client relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic confidant championing their best interests
  • Support the design and execution of integrated solutions that are rooted in strategy, deliver on client requirements and are progressive in nature
  • Manage client expectations, deliverables, and administrative tasks adeptly communicating within our internal team and partners
  • Drive efficiency while escalating the quality of deliverables, becoming an advocate for the work between the agency and our clients
  • Supporting in the creation of scopes of work in collaboration with internal agency team members
  • Manage account and project financials, and demonstrate your business acumen
  • Craft compelling narratives and strategic briefs, providing informed guidance to Wasserman's Creative and Experience teams.
  • Immerse yourself in the brand and category dynamics of our clients, staying on top of emerging trends and developments
  • Provide mentorship and foster the growth of junior team members, nurturing the next generation of agency talent.

Requirements:


  • 4+ years relevant integrated agency experience
  • Experience in the sport, entertainment or sponsorship sector considered an asset
  • Experience in food/beverage (wine, spirits, beer) or other consumer product industries considered an asset
  • Strong ability to communicate information through storytelling, specifically in the form of visual presentations
  • A clientfirst mindset, able to build confidence through exceptional client and project management.
  • Effective problemsolving skills, able to synthesize information, identify key themes and issues, and identify opportunities and threats
  • An open and inclusive mindset with the flexibility to take on a range of responsibilities and challenges
