What's a typical day as Contract Portfolio Coordinator? You'll be:
- Managing operational details for a portfolio of transformational projects, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation Portfolio.
- Monitoring and tracking portfolio financials, schedules, and dependencies; maintaining cost trackers and supporting vendor invoicing.
- Producing monthly portfolio status reports, analyzing for risks, delays, and capital allocation alignment.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure value delivery, vendor management, and adherence to governance standards.
- Maintaining SharePoint, document libraries, and Teams channels for seamless content and document management.
- Preparing materials, minutes, and follow-ups for high-visibility meetings, steering committees, and project events.
- Supporting resource onboarding/offboarding, maintaining team communications, and providing ad-hoc admin and operational support as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (required).
- Bring at least 10 years of project coordination and/or project management experience (oil and gas industry experience is a plus).
- Possess strong financial tracking skills, and are comfortable with capital allocation frameworks, project governance, and value delivery frameworks.
- Have solid experience using project trackers, maintaining document libraries, and supporting large teams.
- Demonstrate effective communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Value diversity in work and bring transferable skills alongside equivalent education or experience.
