Our client within the digital solutions in broadcasting is looking forFinance and Operations Manager.
We are looing for a skilled finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments, and who can leverage their expertise to drive the calculation, analysis, and reporting of our company's financial results.
As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient day-to-day financial operations of our rapidly expanding company.

- Manage and maintain bookkeeping, all sales, accounts receivable/ payable (AR/AP) transactions, payroll, controls, and accounting procedures, producing reports as requested
- Ensure all AR/ AP issues are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties
- Collaborate with CFO on Financial Management strategy and documentation needed to produce monthly financial statements and forecasts
- Manage government reporting, filings and remittances
- Reconcile monthly activity working closely with the CFO
- Keep financial files organized, uptodate, and accessible for CFO, auditor, etc.
- Stay up to date on best practices to recommend and implement improvements to systems
- Generate quarterly financial and cash flow reports for the C-Suite and upper management, monthly cash reports, and review monthly financial reports prepared by accountant
- Prepare budget figures for annual operating expenses to support the development of annual organizational budget with CFO
- Monitor cash flow and bank transfer needs with CFO oversight
- Prepare annual audit materials with the support of the CFO
What You Bring
- At least three years of financial management and project management experience, preferably in the tech / SaaS industry.
- Proficient in preparing Balance Sheets, Operational Statements, and Cash Flow reports.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, graphing, charting, and financial modeling.
- Experience in the preparation, filing and project management of the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credit process
- Experience in ERP system design, implementation, and improvement.
- Experience with accounting software such as Zoho, or similar financial management suites
- Possess taxation knowledge and stay uptodate with relevant regulations, and best practices.
- Detailed oriented, systems thinker with a passion for spreadsheets, organizational systems, and data integrity
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, receiving and giving feedback, and communicating across teams
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills in fastpaced environments.

Salary:
$95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
