The Scrum Master will lead a team of diverse SME to complete an end to end journey for business outcomes.

In this particular role within the Global Wealth Asset Management team, the incumber will constantly liaise between internal business sponsors, operational users and peers to achieve the technology and business initiatives.


Is this role right for you?

  • Liaise with BNS business partners and technology to prioritize delivery backlogs & requirements complete discovery and analysis of business problems/requirements; break down the work into deliverable components/MVPs; execute and measure progress
- collaborate with delivery team to articulate & measure business benefits; effective navigate with all stakeholders on value based decisioning

  • Implement and reenforce agile practices through the delivery life cycle.
  • Ensure project teams are observing an agreed and appropriate framework of agile ceremonies.
  • Work with team to identify/clarify and then maintain playbook of best practices meaningful to our team's work patterns and delivery expectations
  • Observe/correct, where necessary team member behaviours that are contrary to best practices

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • Agile execution experiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fundamental technology knowledge and terminologies
  • Skilled in negotiation, team mentoring and continuous improvements
  • 810 years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of People Management experience and/or leading large crossfunctional/crossregional teams on major organizational projects, preferably in an agile work environment
  • Project Management experience with a strong understanding of agile project management principles and practices coupled with working experience as a ScrumMaster in a recent project/initiative
