Description

Boss Security is looking for an experienced, well spoken, professional Security Guard Supervisor.

Must have a valid Manitoba Security Guard License, be mobile with a vehicle, any security experience an asset, be comfortable with extreme situations.

Qualifications:


  • Valid MB Security Guard License.
  • Very reliable and dedicated must be evident in work history and verifiable through reference checks
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
  • Physically able to walk the site perimeter.
  • Strong, clear verbal communication skills and Englishlanguage proficiency required.
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in highpressure situations.
  • Ability to write clearly (handwrite) information in a daily log when necessary
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to inquiries from management and the client
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in highpressure situations
  • Cultural awareness and understanding considered a valuable asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Selkirk, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Security Guard Licence (required)
