Perform welding operations using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, or GTAW techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately fabricate large-scale structural components.
Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications for strength and durability.
Conduct inspections of welded structures and components to identify and rectify defects.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Certification in welding from a recognized institution (e.g., CWB FCAW).
Minimum of 4 years experience in structural welding.
Strong understanding of metallurgy and structural engineering principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
