We currently have a
Temporary Part-time (0.4 FTE; until Oct 2023) opportunity for a
Scheduler in the
Critical Care Central Scheduling Office Department at
Bayview.


**Hours of Work:
Weekdays& Alternating Weekends:
Day, Evenings; 8 hrs; As per schedule


Summary of Duties:


The Scheduler is responsible for executing a variety of administrative scheduling duties in support to the 7 Sunnybrook ICUs and the Critical Care Centralized Scheduling Office.


Qualifications/Skills:


  • Successful completion of one (1) year of a Community College program, preferably in office administration, human resources or related business discipline
  • A minimum of one (1) year of of administrative experience preferably within a a highpaced, highvolume, healthcare environment
  • Keyboarding at net 40 wpm or net 106 kspm
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word/Windows/Excel
  • Demonstrated knowledge of KRONOS ESP staff scheduling system preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively while working in a fastpaced and unpredictable environment requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to details
  • Confident problemsolving and communication skills
  • Demonstrated telephone/customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
