Job Description
Scope of Position: Ensures that all assigned work is completed timely and according to company standard. Handles all issues that may arise and seeks help from Team Leader or Supervisor when needed.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Review of LVS documents
Contact clients for missing information.
Follow up with clients for missing information.
Rate entries.
Match documents with B3's.
Audit entries.
Batch entries.
Send entries to Cadex.
Upon Cadex acceptance prepare and send entries for billing.
Qualifications
Experience and Education:
Minimum 2 years work experience.
Diploma in a Customs or Transportation course preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Work & Excel
Reporting Structure:
Team Leader or Supervisor
