- Learn the basic inner workings of an engine, work to assist certified technicians, learn to inspect components for failures, follow troubleshooting paths utilizing inhouse software using Cummins specific tools and equipment on various makes and models.
- Additional duties in support of our parts and service team as required (warehouse work, housekeeping, painting etc).
- Have great initiative, energy, curiosity, pride and passion for learning and providing the best possible experience for our valued customers
- Be a team player with communication skills, great work ethic and desire to make a positive impact
- Be passionate about delivering a great customer experience and have a sense of urgency to ensure customers are served swiftly and effectively.

- Pay attention to detail and easily learn and use new systems, processes and technology.
- Position opened to students in a heavy-duty mechanic program or any other related program.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.
