Global Visa Support (est is an immigration and education consultancy with headquarters in London and offices in Canada, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, UAE, Egypt and Morocco. We specialise in immigration and study programmes in the UK, Canada, USA and New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager in Toronto, Canada.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Coordinating administrative services.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees.
  • Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Interview, hire and provide training/ arrange training for staff.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Manage events.
  • Organise and maintain inventory.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Social Media experience
  • Experience in Marketing
  • Able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willing to travel
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Operations or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog

Salary:
$27.00 per hour
