is currently seeking an energetic, experienced, and innovative HR Professional to join our team and fill the role of HR Business Partner for the Indirect side of our business.


As the HR Business Partner, you are passionate about people, results oriented and will work closely with cross functional teams, providing both a strategic and hands-on partnership of full cycle Human Resources support to the business.

You have an inclusive, team-oriented approach that is rooted in trust and transparency.


Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this position will support the indirect side of the business, responsible for fulfilling HR requirements for the day-to-day business functions of your designated employee groups with the ability to recommend and implement changes to status quo.

This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR Functional excellence along with process improvement.

  • Day to day responsibilities such as managing the performance management process for your group, including running monthly reports, audits and ensuring payroll change forms are completed and submitted
  • Demonstrated ability to advise, coach and support leaders in all matters relating to people management.
  • Ability to provide metrics on established KPI's and a continuous improvement mindset with innovative ways to capture data that is meaningful and engaging.
  • Support other key HR departmental initiatives including HRIS implementation, retention strategies, competency implementation, employee engagement platforms, event assistance and more
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written are essential
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously while also enjoying being part of a larger team.
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to groups of people
  • Passionate about people with a desire to support individual and organizational success.

What Do You Bring?

  • 3+ years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • HR Management Degree, Certificate in HR Management, or equivalent education
  • CPHR designation or working toward it considered an asset
  • Self‐starter, team player, strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with tact and diplomacy throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and act as a champion for growth.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a driver's license and access to a vehicle
