Need ASAP – Experienced Automation DeveloperI'm looking for an experienced automation specialist to help streamline my current lead-to-payment workflow.
Current Process
Customers submit a form via
An automation sends an initial SMS via RingCentral
Many customers continue the entire conversation over SMS (typically 8–10 messages back and forth)
When ready, I send them an invoice through Square
Customer completes payment
I manually enter the order into Booqable
What I Need
I want to automate this process as much as possible, including:
Triggering SMS automatically after Tally submission
Handling back-and-forth SMS conversation logic (ideally semi-automated or AI-assisted)
Automatically sending a Square invoice at the right trigger point
Detecting when invoice is paid
Automatically pushing order details into Booqable
Platforms Involved

Requirements
Strong experience with API integrations
Experience with SMS automation
Experience with Square and invoicing automation
Clean, reliable setup (cannot break mid-process)
Fast turnaround (this is urgent)
