As we continue to grow in the Central Vancouver Island area, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team.
We are currently hiring multiple positions including a General Laborer and a Carpenters Apprentice.Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Carpenters and other team members with various tasks on the job site (including carrying materials, operating power tools, and performing general labor duties)
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
- Following safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry standard practices.
- A willingness to learn
- Initiative in pursuing opportunities for growth, education and company advancement
- An ability to work in an physically demanding work environment (heavy lifting required)
- Experience with construction tools and techniques (an asset, but not required)
