    Position Overview:


    As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our Soilmec, TEI, Intric and Geax products to clients in the construction and foundation engineering sectors. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop an in‑depth understanding of Soilmec, Geax, TEI & Intric product lines, features, and applications.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products.

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including construction companies, engineering firms, and contractors.
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits of Soilmec, Intric, TEI and Geax solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

    Customer Support:

    • Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support to customers.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical questions promptly and professionally.
    • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends
    • Analyze competitor products and market positioning to enhance our competitive advantage

    Training and Education:


    Organize and conduct training sessions for clients, distributors, and internal teams on the technical aspects of Soilmec, Geax, TEI and Intric products.

    Develop educational materials and documentation to facilitate product understanding.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of deep foundation technologies.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes and foundation engineering principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling sales messages.
    • Self‑motivated with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.
    • Valid Driver's License with clean records
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus
