• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Good verbal communication skills with the clients and employees as well as your fellow workers
• Friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing topnotch service for our customers.
• Gathering tools and supplies, and bringing them to job sites
• Pick up and deliveries
• Project managing active job sites
• To understand what tools & materials will be needed to complete the service call
• Finding ways to reduce cost of equipment and supplies needed for the job
• Familiar with different types of tools and equipment used for repairs and maintenance on the jobs
• Able to use basic carpenter power tools
• Understanding how to read a measuring tape & taking proper measurements required

• Must have own tools
• Also abide by all applicable safety procedures and building regulations
• Daily job start time depends on the location and the business hours of the job site that needs to be serviced it can be as early as a 6am start time. No mater of the start time the day consists of an 8.5hour day with a 30min paid lunch.
