Job summary
We are hiring an AI-savvy junior legal professional to help us convert legal doctrine into structured machine-readable specifications. This is not a traditional write everything manually legal role. You will use AI tools to draft then apply your own legal judgment to verify accuracy tighten reasoning validate citations and ensure the final work is reliable enough for engineers productionize.Responsibilities
You will work with our founders and engineering team to:Design intake questionnaires that capture elements needed for legal classification Build element-by-element offense schemas Produce structured outputs that can be ingested into our internal systems Generate and validate synthetic fact patterns Draft model perfect classification outputs Maintain quality controls versioning consistency checks citation hygiene reviewer reproducibility.Job description
