Position: Order Entry Clerk

Education: College degree or Diploma required
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Ensure customer orders are packed, shipped, invoiced to customer.
- Ensure pricing is accurate and consistent on quotes and invoices.
- Promptly respond to sales inquiries and confirm receipt of purchase orders accordingly.
- Act as the physical first point of contact between the company and any guests visiting the Company and for any customers calling in looking for support.
- Engage with customers regarding pricing, returns, order status, back orders.
- Manage order flow as required and provide updates on outstanding orders.
NOTE:
Employee may be required to perform other duties as required or requested to meet the ongoing need of the organization.
