Position: Order Entry Clerk
-
Education: College degree or Diploma required


Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Ensure customer orders are packed, shipped, invoiced to customer.
  • Ensure pricing is accurate and consistent on quotes and invoices.
  • Promptly respond to sales inquiries and confirm receipt of purchase orders accordingly.
  • Act as the physical first point of contact between the company and any guests visiting the Company and for any customers calling in looking for support.
  • Engage with customers regarding pricing, returns, order status, back orders.
  • Manage order flow as required and provide updates on outstanding orders.

NOTE:

Employee may be required to perform other duties as required or requested to meet the ongoing need of the organization.
