Position Summary:

To manage and improve the effectiveness of our delivery through Service Providers within Haldiman

  • Norfolk Region ensuring we develop strong relationships so that Service Providers deliver financial objectives, quality and customer service targets to an agreed standard.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Manage the new Service Provider onboarding process including all due diligence activity to ensure new provider compliance with legislation and funders contractual requirements.
  • Lead the supply and delivery of services through service delivery partners to ensure a high performing and improving provision of services in the catchment area according to contract requirements and to ensure a tangible return on our expenditure.
  • Be the knowledge and inhouse expert on the contract so that Service Providers can use this to enhance and build on their own experience to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with service providers on a subregional level, ensuring our provider processes/procedures are in place and reviewed regularly to satisfy contractual obligations, quality requirements (including internal quality systems and those of the commissioning Authority), financial controls and customer delivery standards (including continuous improvement).
  • Manage Service Provider budgets within a sub region so all contracts are delivered to financial, service and qualitative standards and timescales.
  • Review performance and compile reports in line with contractual compliance
  • Leverage the buying power of our organization to reduce costs and get increased value for money from subcontractors in the subregion to enable a better financial return on expenditure.
  • Monitor changes in the local employment market, drawing on intelligence from the business to create plans that meet changing local circumstances and effectively deliver our services.
  • Work to maintain an open dialogue with all Service Providers to prevent contractual or relationship conflicts from arising.

Education and Experience:


  • Studying towards or possess graduate level qualifications (or significant experience).
  • Procurement experience minimum 5 years.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams remotely.
  • Experience of partnership/contract management.
  • Experience of management and development of a successful Provider network or similar / supply chain network.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Demonstrable knowledge of
- mission, vision and goals of Fedcap Canada and The Fedcap Group and execution of relevant policies and procedures

Travel:

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
