Grand Touring Automobiles is seeking to hire a Service Concierge Appointment Co-Ordinator.


The Service Concierge Appointment Co-ordinator is responsible for scheduling reservations in order to ensure maximum utilization of the Service Shop capacity, while ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.


Job Duties

  • Handles telephone calls requesting appointments
  • Logs all reservations
  • Returns all customer enquiries and voice mail in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Schedule loaner/rental vehicle
  • Coordinates and schedules customer pick and return of vehicles
  • Recommends necessary maintenance/service to customers
  • Establishes time and service consultant's name and date for each customer
  • Provides helpful information/advises on customer vehicle problems or complaints
  • Contacts customers who missed their appointments and reschedules as soon as possible
  • Handles walkin customers wishing to book appointments
  • Handles walkin customers requesting information/advice
  • Notifies customers of special order parts setting new appointment time
  • Assists Service Advisors in selling additional work when needed
  • Attends Service Department meetings when necessary
  • Monitors hours sold and hours available to sell throughout the day
  • Performs other related duties as required

Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Experience:

Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)

  • Dealership: 3 years (preferred)
  • Automotive: 3 years (preferred)
  • CDK Software: 1 year (preferred)
  • Call center: 3 years (preferred)
