About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient clinic setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for organizing and administering prescribed physical therapy programs to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to address their physical needs.


• Treat patients according to physicians' orders, using various techniques such as therapeutic exercise, moist heat, traction, manual therapy, cold, gait training, hydrotherapy and electrical stimulation.


• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and discharge information in accordance with departmental policies.


• Educate patients on proper self-care techniques and provide ongoing support throughout their rehabilitation process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral degree (DPT) preferred;
• Licensure by the state where employed is mandatory;
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent within 6 months of hire is required;
