Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR and H&S policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Oversee employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS system and generate reports as needed
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit inquiries
Promote a team environment with open communication and timely and fair resolution of employee concerns
Stay updated on changes in labor and H&S requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements
Manage the HR budget effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management role
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems for data management and reporting purposes
Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
Strong understanding of human resources and health & safety best practices and regulations
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities
