Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR and H&S policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Oversee employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS system and generate reports as needed
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit inquiries
- Promote a team environment with open communication and timely and fair resolution of employee concerns
- Stay updated on changes in labor and H&S requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements
- Manage the HR budget effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management role
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems for data management and reporting purposes
- Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong understanding of human resources and health & safety best practices and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities

$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
