Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR and H&S policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Oversee employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS system and generate reports as needed
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit inquiries
  • Promote a team environment with open communication and timely and fair resolution of employee concerns
  • Stay updated on changes in labor and H&S requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements
  • Manage the HR budget effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management role
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems for data management and reporting purposes
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong understanding of human resources and health & safety best practices and regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities

$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
