Global Client Experience Sector/Permanent role/Hybrid or Telework_

Are you recognized for your analytical and interpersonal skills, and your sense of responsibility? Would you like to contribute to the growth of iA's Global Client Experience (CX) initiatives?


Reporting to the Vice-President Growth Hub, the _Strategic Advisor, Growth and Financial Performance_ will work with business sector leads and the different contributors to assure the financial performance of growth initiatives and their monitoring.

They will also contribute to identify growth opportunities and implement KPIs.


Responsibilities:


  • In collaboration with internal and external partners, analyze data and leverage client segmentation to identify growth opportunities and make recommendations to the VP Growth Hub
  • Be the reference for the production of financial projections and client life value to optimize growth opportunities and increase product penetration
  • Advise Global CX leaders regarding the financial plan for the Growth Hub
  • Accompany business sectors to monitor Growth Hub opportunities performance and produce a global view of all initiatives to report to Global CX governance committee
  • Define and implement KPIs for crosssell initiatives and work with Global CX and business sectors to implement the required mechanisms
  • Share industry knowledge and provide financial/actuarial guidance during the identification and assessment phase of growth initiatives

Requirements:


  • Degree in Finance or in Actuarial Science
  • Experience in Financial Industry, 10 years +
  • Knowledge of iA business sectors and insurance, savings and investment products
  • Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with French
- and English-speaking colleagues and partners across Canada

  • Client oriented, growth mindset and experience with client segmentation
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Team player and ability to work in transversal mode
