Job Summary:
Duties:
- Prepare sushi dishes using a variety of ingredients
- Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist in developing new sushi recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Understanding of various sushi rolling techniques
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
Pay:
$19.00-$25.00 per hour
