- Manage onboarding from crafting the offer letter and conducting background and reference checks to onboarding.
- Provide HR support to internal clients and their portfolio of clients
- Support with various HR policy development and implementation
- Act as a Culture Champion to support in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company-wide activities
- Support in organizing and facilitating employee recognition programs and events
- Support on Company social committee
- Responds to employee inquires in a timely manner and provides proactive solutions to day-to-day challenges.
- Provide support on identified HR department projects and initiatives – take lead on identified projects/ initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree with CHRL/CHRP designation is mandatory.
- 3+ years of HR experience supporting a line of business
- Expertise in creating innovative HR solutions
- Ability to influence, negotiate and facilitate with confidence and passion.
- An agile approach to tackling HR projects & deliverables that vary (strategic & tactical)
