As the HR Generalist, your core responsibility will be to provide dedicated support to multiple clients, ensuring the well-being of their most invaluable asset—their employees.

Your solid grasp of industry best practices, coupled with your passion for cultivating exceptional companies, extends to overseeing processes and programs that empower employees to excel in their daily tasks.

    What you'll be doing:

  • Manage onboarding from crafting the offer letter and conducting background and reference checks to onboarding.
  • Provide HR support to internal clients and their portfolio of clients
  • Support with various HR policy development and implementation
  • Act as a Culture Champion to support in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company-wide activities
  • Support in organizing and facilitating employee recognition programs and events
  • Support on Company social committee
  • Responds to employee inquires in a timely manner and provides proactive solutions to day-to-day challenges.
  • Provide support on identified HR department projects and initiatives – take lead on identified projects/ initiatives as assigned.
  • Requirements

    What we require:

  • Bachelor's degree with CHRL/CHRP designation is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of HR experience supporting a line of business
  • Expertise in creating innovative HR solutions
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and facilitate with confidence and passion.
  • An agile approach to tackling HR projects & deliverables that vary (strategic & tactical)
