THE OPPORTUNITY:


The Marketing Automation Department with Marketing Operations partners with the Digital Marketing, Field Marketing and Global Campaign teams to develop the underlying core infrastructure and processes by which the organization generates demand in the field.

The Department contributes to the profitability of the corporation thru the following means;

1) Increased revenue driven by stronger demand processes and technology

2) Decreased cost to execute demand activities

3) Increased customer retention thru strong relationship management processes


The Business Process Analyst will support the needs and business requirements of global Marketing, Account Development, Sales, Portfolio BUs and other internal customers in terms of efficient platform objectives, marketing best practices and ongoing training and education.

Leveraging their extended experience, this role is expected to take more of a pro-active approach versus reactive to Marketing Automation systems and processes.

THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE.


YOU ARE GREAT AT:

USER SUPPORT

  • Providing ongoing technical and process support for all users
  • Provide backup review & action Marketing Automation support tickets on regular basis
  • Review & action Marketing Automation workflows, assets and methodologies to ensure a high level and consistent Customer Experience
  • Assist with the development of & lead training sessions for new and existing users on the Marketing Automation platform and related processes
  • Create and maintain supporting documents pertaining to platform and process
  • Maintain knowledge of latest platform changes/updates and ensure communication to rest of department
  • Review & action Marketing Automation workflows, assets and methodologies to ensure a high level and consistent Customer Experience

ADVANCED MARKETING AUTOMATION PLATFORM MANAGEMENT:

  • Take pro-active measures in key elements of the Marketing Automation platform and related maintenance including, but not limited to: data quality, data completeness, spam management, third party technology integration, vendor relations, CRM integration alignment, tracking acquisition migration items, etc.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT:


  • Support the team that manages several Marketing Systems. Typical activities would include gathering requirements, supporting users using these systems, assisting with data integrity, helping with training or implementation. The main systems will be Salesforce and Eloqua.

PROJECT COORDINATION:


  • Assist the team on large and complex projects (project coordination, complete project tasks, etc.).

REPORTING:


  • Assess and build reports/metrics for the team.

OTHER:


  • Assist other teams (Marketing Finance, etc.) as needed.

WHAT IT TAKES:


  • 3+ years experience with Eloqua Marketing Automation Platform, or Similar Enterprise MAP (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, etc).
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
  • Above average Microsoft Office Applications skills, primarily Excel
  • Internal Customer Training experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing frameworks
  • Ability to summarize business problems clearly and concisely
  • Must be able to identify priorities and work on several concurrent projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Basic HTML knowledge a plus
