PAG Direct is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team at Thornhill Hyundai
Responsibilities:
- Creating a strong, positive first impression of the dealership by presenting a professional appearance and an efficient, cordial, businesslike presence.
- Greeting every customer entering the showroom and secure basic information to complete the traffic log and traffic control form
- Maintaining a customer rotation schedule and introduce every customer to a sales representative according to the rotation schedule
- Maintaining attendance records for sales representatives
Experience - Must Have:
- Friendly, efficient and courteous telephone manner
- Superior communication skills
- Universal understanding of dealership and department operations
- Keeping up to date on staffing changes
- Exceptional customer service
- Previous Receptionist experience is a MUST
Working Hours:
- Monday
- Thursday: 8:30 am 4:30 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am 6:00 pm
