Job summary:
We are hiring Personal/Home Support Workers to join our team in Centre Wellington and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Assists clients with activities of daily living such as feeding, lifts and transfers, bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders, in accordance with established policies
- Plans, prepares and serves meals, shops for groceries Performs light housekeeping duties such as sweeping and mopping floors vacuuming dusting washing dishes laundry Observes clients and their environments reports unsafe conditions behavioural physical or cognitive changes to supervisor Completes maintains related records documentation visit notes Accompanies clients on outings appointments shopping leisure activities Performs other related duties assigned
