Who are we?
CertaPro Painters of Vancouver is a locally owned franchise business that was started in 1993. We are an award-winning team. We complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting in the Vancouver area. We pride ourselves on being a great employer as well as a customer driven quality painting company. We work hard but we try to enjoy our work life as much as possible in the process.
The Office Manager Role:
- Build strong customer relationships by excellent customer introduction, followup & followthrough from the start to the end of the project.
- Schedule quotes for sales team that come through the office.
- Maintain our Microsoft CRM.
- Be a central point for the GM and sales team. Build great team relationships.
- Interact with Job Site Supervisors daily. Problem solves issues as they arise.
- Prepare and run monthly team meetings and Safety Program.
- Recruit new paint crews.
- Order materials and office supplies.
- Plan and execute team social events.
- Invoice customers, monitor Accounts Receivable and process payments.
Must haves:
- 3 years office management experience with a relevant diploma or degree.
- Professional welcoming person who can manage multiple projects, people and requests for information with little direction.
- Selfmotivated, goal oriented, super organized and energetic.
- Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion and enthusiasm for serving customers.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem resolution skills.
It would be nice
but not required:
- Driver's License with clean driving record

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
