Position:
Administrative Assistant


Location:
Delta, BC


Shift:
Full Time, Temporary, between the hours 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday


Wages:
$18/hr


About the Role:


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Administrative tasks
  • Data entry, spreadsheet updates, answer phone calls
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Visa Reconciliations
  • Ad hoc Administrative tasks as assigned by Manager

Competencies:


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite excellent understanding of excel is necessary
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to type at least 50wpm
  • Must be organized
  • Proactive mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • University Student preferred
