WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Research product development options and provide analysis and recommendation for product.
  • Contribute to successful project completion by providing accurate estimates, identifying risks and developing / recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of implementation planning and coordination activities.
  • Lead and contribute to meetings, walkthrough reviews of all technical specifications, programs, and unit test plans.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills to ensure the project/program team

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:


  • 5+ years' working experience in the areas of software development.
  • Technical understanding and strong knowledge of architectural concepts including Big Data platform, cloud, relational database management system (RDBMS), and OOP.
  • Experience leading complex end to end technical projects through initiation, development and implementation. Experience in leading, coaching and directing technical staff members.
  • Advanced knowledge and proven experience with Strategy Analysis including understanding of business goals and objectives, assessing capability gaps, assessing risks of the change, and determining solution scope and approach
  • Experience leading and dealing with business, operations and technical audience ranging from Architects to technical analysts/developers. Comfortable facilitating and participating in technical discussions and decisions.
