Development Lead / Manager

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Research product development options and provide analysis and recommendation for product.
Contribute to successful project completion by providing accurate estimates, identifying risks and developing / recommending mitigation strategies.
Manage all aspects of implementation planning and coordination activities.
Lead and contribute to meetings, walkthrough reviews of all technical specifications, programs, and unit test plans.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills to ensure the project/program team

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

5+ years' working experience in the areas of software development.
Technical understanding and strong knowledge of architectural concepts including Big Data platform, cloud, relational database management system (RDBMS), and OOP.
Experience leading complex end to end technical projects through initiation, development and implementation. Experience in leading, coaching and directing technical staff members.
Advanced knowledge and proven experience with Strategy Analysis including understanding of business goals and objectives, assessing capability gaps, assessing risks of the change, and determining solution scope and approach
Experience leading and dealing with business, operations and technical audience ranging from Architects to technical analysts/developers. Comfortable facilitating and participating in technical discussions and decisions.

SDLC, AGILE, iterative waterfall and other software lifecycle frameworks
