As a Talent Attraction Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:
Contribut ing to the strategic r ecruitment and selection process for senior-level search engagements within a complex matrix environment.

Participating in developing and implementing recruitment strategies:

Develop talent pipelines across Canada
Identify key market trends insights and business intelligence to support recommended solutions
Schedule interviews

You'll develop trusted advisor relationships with business leaders across the firm.

Although the role is located in Toronto, it will also enable you to build relationships with local leadership teams across Canada.

3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
An undergraduate degree preferred
You have superior research, sourcing and writing skills, including an ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. And throughout the process you always demonstrate high levels of diplomacy and tact, always maintaining professional integrity
A track record of excellence and thoroughness as a researcher
Attentive to detail and creative problem solving
You possess cold calling experience, and you're not shy at picking up the phone
You build such deep rapport with people that you can easily have the honest conversations that you know are needed to help achieve our organizational goals
Your friends and family see you as a passionate person with a cool head, a warm heart, and a wonderful sense of humour
You have great business acumen and can make links between what's happening in the wider world and how we need to respond to help our clients, colleagues and communities thrive
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
