Description
Appliance Canada is growing. Our head office in Vaughan is looking for talented Customer Service Representatives.


Duties:


  • Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
  • Track and report on order status, including any delays or issues
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders
  • Implement and maintain efficient order management systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize order fulfillment processes
  • Contact customers and process payments

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using order management software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Salary:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
