Order Management Specialist - Concord, Canada - Appliance Canada
Description
Appliance Canada is growing. Our head office in Vaughan is looking for talented Customer Service Representatives.Duties:
- Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Track and report on order status, including any delays or issues
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders
- Implement and maintain efficient order management systems and procedures
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize order fulfillment processes
- Contact customers and process payments
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using order management software and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Salary:
From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
