Co-op Customer Solutions- 12 Months - Toronto, Canada - The Coca-Cola Company
Description
Facilitate building Strategic Partnerships with top customers, identifying shared supply chain efficiencies and aligning with customer initiatives.- Engage customers in operational process improvement initiatives that deliver mutual efficiencies and volume/revenue
- Support driving continuous improvements and process innovation around direct shipment, load optimization & order management
- Collaborate and plan jointly with sales and the customer to optimize sales while maintaining custom's targeted key performance indicators (OTIF, In Stock, Fill Rate & desired inventory level)
- Identify and address systemic service issues through collaboration with North America Operating Unit and Customers
- Communicate internally customer initiatives and requirements with anticipated impact
- Facilitate Implementing electronic ordertocash capabilities and supporting business processes (e.g., CAO, EDI invoicing, payments) to streamline transactions
Qualification & Requirements
- TERM: 8 12 months
- Pursuing a bachelor's or Master degree in supply chain
- 03+ years of experience in a fastmoving consumer goods company and the ability to leverage technical knowledge & provide competitive advantage.
- Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose resolutions.
- Ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to refine solutions and manage internal and external partner's expectations against technical and business success criteria with limited available resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, XLS, PPT)
