Join our team as a Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers over the phone, assist with inquiries, and promote products or services.


Duties:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyze customer needs and offer solutions accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain phone etiquette standards at all times

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively
  • Ability to upsell and promote products/services
  • Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
  • Prior experience in sales or call center environment preferred
