Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, grinders, and polishers
- Restore and repair damaged concrete surfaces
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for installation purposes
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Assist with drywall installation and finishing
- Perform heavy lifting as required
- Must be able to organize crew members
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in concrete finishing or related field preferred
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment for construction purposes
- Strong welding skills for metal fabrication tasks
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Experience with drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks
