Responsibilities_


Leadership and Management:


  • Provide visionary leadership to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Oversee and mentor sales representatives and installers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Sales Management:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Operations Management:


  • Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor advertising assets, including billboards, signage, and other installations, to ensure they remain in optimal condition and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee logistics and scheduling for installation and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to streamline processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their advertising goals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications_

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an asset.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within the advertising industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and operational strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
