Job summary
We are currently looking for an Epic Ambulatory and MyChart Analyst on a casual, part time basis, with the ability to work during business hours. The job involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Ambulatory and Patient Experience applications (Welcome, MyChart, Remote Care Management and other digital engagement tools), acting as a bridge between technical teams and business needs to enhance patient engagement through troubleshooting , workflow improvements , upgrades , ensuring regulatory compliance requiring strong analytical communication problem solving skills.
